Convert Unix Linux file to Windows MS DOS format
Occasionally when transfer text file from Linux back to Windows machine, the file is not formatted properly and ending up all the text inside is a mess. Within Linux, you can try using the tool unix2dos to convert it.
But if you received the files and don’t have access to a Linux machine, then you can try the application U2WIN. U2WIN is UNIX/Linux ASCII TO MS-DOS/Windows ASCII file converter. It’s a command line application, which run under DOS.

U2WIN Unix/Linux Ascii to MS DOS/Windows converter
For simplicity you can just execute the command
Goto Start > Run > cmd
cd <Path to the U2WIN folder>
u2win.exe filename.txt
* Make sure the file is at the same folder as the U2WIN application.
