Copy paste Cisco configuration through Hyperterminal

Introduction :
Hyperterminal is like most common tool used by network engineer to console into Cisco devices. But whenever we try to copy and paste long configurations, it seem to stop half way. Tweaking the Hyperterminal settings, we can resolve this issue.

Enviroment :
Microsoft Windows

Installation / Usage :
1. Launch the Hyperterminal from the Start Menu

?? Start > All Programs > Accessories > Communications > Hyperterminal

2. Start a new session
3. Change the properties by

?? File > Properties

4. The a dialog box come up, select Settings tab
5. Click on the ASCII Setup…

6. Change the Line Delay milliseconds ( Tweak according to your needs )

7. The Click OK
